The Hisense DH5024KP1G Energy Star 50 Pint 3-Speed Dehumidifier has a built-in pump that can quickly discharge water out a basement window or into a sink using the included quick-connect hose. Reliable and eco-friendly this dehumidifier can operate at temperature as low as 38°F. Three operating modes (Auto, Continuous, Manual) and the very low sound level make this a versatile choice. Additional features include a programmable 24-hour on/off timer, adjustable humidistat, and full-tank alert/shutoff.

Please note that most of the products we sell have a valid manufacturer's warranty. All support as well as exchanges or replacements for defective items must be handled directly with the product manufacturer.  Planet73 can not accept any returns nor offer replacement, exchanges or credit for any products under manufacturer's warranty including DOA merchandise.

Defective Merchandise Returns:

We offer a 30 days return policy. We may issue a credit, ship a replacement unit or we may repair the item and return it back to you. All items covered by a valid manufacturer's warranty must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty service.

Non-Defective Merchandise Returns:

All non-defective returns within 30 days from the invoice date are subject to a 15% restocking fee if the item is deemed to be materially different from the original condition and/or missing parts. After 30 days from the invoice date, we are unable to take returns.

* ALL ITEMS WILL BE INSPECTED AND TESTED UPON RECEIPT.  All products being returned must be 100% complete and must be packaged in original packaging.  A return will not be processed or a restocking fee may be applied in the event any items included in the original shipment is not present in the returned package. In the event that a return shipment is received with improper packaging, altered or physically damaged, the return will be denied and will not be processed.

To start the return process:

Returns will not be accepted at our warehouse without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  RMA numbers will expire after 14 days.  Any return package received without an RMA number will be refused.
